You’ll lead critical projects, ensuring they move from kickoff to completion seamlessly. You’ll lead teams, collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients, and drive automation solutions that improve energy efficiency and system performance.

• Own the project lifecycle – from pre-construction planning to final commissioning.
• Manage budgets and timelines – keeping everything on track and within scope.
• Lead teams and contractors – making sure everyone is aligned and delivering quality work.
• Problem-solve on the fly – anticipating risks and finding solutions before they become roadblocks.
• Ensure customer success – building strong relationships and ensuring projects exceed expectations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid to get into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

So we're looking to speak with individuals who might have the following:

• 5+ years in BAS, HVAC controls, or related fields. You know your way around system design, integration, and commissioning.
• You can read schematics, understand control diagrams, and troubleshoot with the best of them.
• Managing multiple projects at once.
• You take charge, communicate well, and get people moving in the right direction.
• You know that relationships matter just as much as technical expertise.
