About the Role

As the Senior Principal, Strategic Consulting
, you will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, guiding them through complex challenges and shaping strategies that advance patient‑centered care. You'll lead high‑impact engagements, foster long‑term partnerships, and drive innovation across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the Program Office function from the ground up.
  • Define governance, standards, and best practices for program management.
  • Partner with senior leadership to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee team and ensure delivery of complex, multi‑workstream projects.
  • Implement reporting and metrics to track progress and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite and Board‑level executives.
  • Identify client needs and connect them with the right Press Ganey resources for maximum impact.
  • Direct and mentor engagement teams, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with client objectives.
