We're seeking a Commercial Department Manager to oversee operations, drive profitability, and lead a talented team. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands‑on industry knowledge to shape the future of our commercial division.

• Lead daily operations of the commercial roofing division, ensuring projects are profitable, efficient, and on schedule.
• Oversee bids, estimates, and project selection for maximum ROI.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and clients to deliver top-quality results.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent RoofPRO at industry events.
• Manage a team of 2-4 estimators, overseeing their work and approving all estimates for low slope and steep slope projects prior to submission.

• 5-7 years in commercial roofing or construction management, including 3+ years in a leadership role with P&L responsibility.
• Proven expertise in estimating and project management software (Planswift, Accu Lynx, Hub Spot, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
