The ENOUGH Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the ENOUGH Initiative in Wicomico County. This role involves coordinating with community partners, managing program activities, coordinating and leading community outreach to ensure that the objective of reducing generational poverty are met through effective community engagement and resource allocation.
Duties:
- Program Implementation: Lead the execution of the ENOUGH Initiative, ensuring alignment with state guidelines and community need
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with local organizations to foster partnerships that support program goals.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Provide program oversight and technical assistance to our partners to ensure program effectiveness.
- Reporting: Provide quarterly program reports to the director.
- Public Outreach: Organize Community Events and Informational sessions to raise awareness about the ENOUGH initiative and it’s benefits

QualificationsHigh School Diploma Required, Associate’s Degree Preferred. 3 years of experience in Program Coordination Required. Experience in Grant Reporting Required. Experience in Community Outreach and Engagement Preferred. Must pass background check and drug testing.
