Estimated Earning Potential: Base pay of $44,000 plus uncapped commission estimated at $28,700

The Fundamentals For Success
We seek a passionate Sales Manager with results-driven focus and customer satisfaction commitment. You will guide clients through their laser hair removal journey, create tailored packages, drive revenue, and lead a team to success. Competitive earnings include base salary plus uncapped commission.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years in a commission-driven environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top teams
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strategic thinking and proactive client needs assessment
- Ability to mentor and manage 2-5 employees
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Active listening skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- High school diploma or GED;
Bachelor’s preferred
Position Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets through sales processes
- Manage all sales cycle aspects: consulting, closing, retention
- Analyze sales data and KPIs for improvement opportunities
- Deliver engaging consultations and educate clients
- Promote treatment packages with persuasive techniques
- Seek client reviews and referrals
- Utilize financing options to enhance sales
- Coach and develop team members
- Build strong customer relationships with excellent service
- Address client questions or concerns
- Maintain discretion with confidential information
- Use systems to manage operations and track sales
