The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a qualified and trained Risk Manager, Sr. for a role in an engineering support services program for U.S. Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The Risk Manager, Sr. is responsible for proactively identifying, assessing, monitoring, and managing Enterprise risk that may be effectively mitigated or shifted to bring about the successful completion of the CYBERTRON program goals and objectives.

The CYBERTRON program delivers highly skilled engineering services to the U.S. Army C5

ISR Center in their mission of cybersecurity research and development and cryptographic modernization.

• A Senior Risk Manager must have extensive experience in the review of program risk data, create overall view of program risk based on individual discrete risk elements; coordinate with program team to identify new creative and strategic approaches for managing risks.
• Must have experience in briefing senior staff on risk status using routine, ad hoc, written and oral reports.
• Must have experience in risk treatment by selecting and implementing measures to control and mitigate risks including activities to avoid risks, transfer risks and finance risks; and be able to monitor and review processes to ensure risk and compliance arrangements are in place.
• They must also have experience in conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors.

• Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Appropriate DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher).
• Must have expert understanding of concepts, principles and industry practices and standards.
• Must be able to work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables

• Eligible for TS / SCI
• Experience supporting Army programs

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $
