The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a qualified and trained Project Analyst for a role in an engineering support services program for U.S. Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The Project Analyst is responsible for ensuring requirements and milestones are being met, including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract to bring about the successful completion of the CYBERTRON program goals and objectives.
The CYBERTRON program delivers highly skilled engineering services to the U.S. Army C5
ISR Center in their mission of cybersecurity research and development and cryptographic modernization.
- A Program Analyst must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
- Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes.
- Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations.
- Duties may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for a defined portion of a program.
- May contribute to establishing and defining program plan requirements, delivery timeline, key performance indicators, including monitoring and reporting performance, to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in business discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Appropriate DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher).
- Must have a full understanding of business concepts, principles, industry practices and standards.
- Able to communicate with internal and client project team members.
- Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
- Eligible for TS / SCI
- Experience supporting Army programs
