Join our growing team as an HVAC Supervisor and help ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for our residents and staff. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and mechanical systems across our beautiful campus while leading a team of skilled HVAC technicians and engineering professionals.
This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys mentoring technicians, solving complex equipment issues, driving preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring exceptional service. You'll work closely with The Senior Facilities & Engineering Manager and General Service leadership to maintain system reliability, improve energy efficiency, and support a first-class living experience for our residents.

How you will make an impact
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC technicians and maintenance professionals.
- Oversee daily HVAC operations and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond to and coordinate resolution of HVAC emergencies and critical equipment failures.
- Support the maintenance and operation of boilers, chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, pumps, and related mechanical systems.
- Monitor building automation and energy management systems to optimize comfort and efficiency.
- Ensure work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Partner with vendors and contractors on specialized repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards.
- Maintain inventory levels for HVAC parts, equipment, and critical spare components.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and energy savings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and staff through timely and professional resolution of HVAC concerns.
What you will need
- Five or more years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems.
- Experience with central plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, pumps, and related mechanical systems preferred.
- Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring maintenance or HVAC teams.
- Working knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience planning and coordinating preventive maintenance programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Stationary Engineer License preferred.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred (required within one year of hire).
