Software Engineer - Full-Stack Java Level 1

Job Description

ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL is required. Telework possible up to 1 day/week as tasking permits.

As an experienced Software Developer, you will provide full‑stack Java software development and be responsible for developing the middle tier to backend data storage, along with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development support. You will contribute to innovative projects, working with cutting‑edge technologies to deliver robust and scalable solutions, and will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and deploying applications that meet clients’ evolving needs.

The annual base salary range for this role is $127,000-$150,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Seven (7) years of experience as a software engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Alternatively, four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
