As an embedded Software Engineer, you will support our team to engineer solutions for complex mission‑critical challenges by designing, developing, and testing embedded software RF capabilities. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, contribute to innovative solutions, and grow your expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment. Our Research and Development (R&D) “hacker‑like” environment focuses on innovative approaches and thought processes as opposed to extensive design documentation, meetings, and formalized review processes.

Your work will shape the Army Cyber mission developing new technology for the warfighter. Have
- 3+ years of experience developing SDR solutions
- Experience with C and C++, including cross compilation, thread synchronization, and asynchronous callbacks
- Experience with Git version control
- Experience with embedded hardware systems
- Knowledge of Linux distributions, including Red Hat or Rocky Linux
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Rust
- Experience flashing firmware to embedded hardware platforms
- Experience developing integrated solutions that leverage both the embedded processor and FPGA fabric of Xilinx SoC and RFSoC devices
- Experience with digital RF sampling, modulations, error correction, or compression
- Experience with AI Code Generation
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Salary ranges from $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
