We are hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Equipment Operators for our new Distribution Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Here’s a quick rundown of the schedule details for the first few weeks of employment:
** Training

Schedule:

** You’ll start off with an
** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
** schedule while you complete onboarding and training. This will take place at our Ferguson
** Beltsville location - 11730 Baltimore Avenue;
Beltsville, Md 20705**.
** Regular

Schedule:

** Upon DC opening (approximately the end of March 2026) you’ll move into your regular hours:
** 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
** at our
** Upper Marlboro location; 15801 Queens Court;
Upper Marlboro, Md 20774**.##

** Qualifications
* ** Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
* Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
* Ability to excel in fast-paced environment
* Post-offer background check & drug screen are required## ##
** Responsibilities
* ** Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
* Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
* Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
* Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
* Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
* Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
* Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
* Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
* Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
* Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
