Office Clerk

America's Car-Mart is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Office Clerk to join our friendly team. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering telephones, relaying messages and transferring calls when needed.
• Data Entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Interacting with and explaining information to our customers.
• Assisting our sales team
• Taking payments and communicating with customers.
• Perform other basic office duties.

• 2 years office experience preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

• A self starter with strong work ethic
• Someone who prides their self on being accurate and focused
• Someone who pays close attention to details
• A personable team player with a positive attitude
• Good listener with excellent verbal communication skills
