* Maintain cleanliness of the work area

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

* Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the store's operations

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

* Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

* Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

* Organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously

* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate

* Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns

* Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
