Pay Range: $31.21 - $49.94 per hour

Job SummaryProvides direct nursing care in settings where patients require complex assessments and intervention, in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the organization.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Obtains comprehensive data from patient, family, and other healthcare providers to develop a holistic picture of needs.
- Analyzes data to determine diagnoses or conditions relevant to care.
- Identifies optimal outcomes in collaboration with patient, family and interprofessional team.
- Develops and implements a plan with clinical judgment, coordinating with patient, family and team.
- Maintains a safe environment and coordinates implementation with patient, family and team.
- Evaluates progress toward goals and outcomes; contributes to nursing practice quality and ongoing learning.
- Communicates effectively and collaborates with patient, family and interprofessional team.
- Uses clinical inquiry and evidence-based practice in care, ensuring age-specific and clinical needs are met per department scope.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- No experience required.
- Constant use of speech for communication; constant standing and walking.
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling 0–25 lbs; occasional 25–50 lbs; occasional lifting/moving of patients.
- Frequent sitting, reaching and keyboard use; frequent vision and color identification.
- Frequent smell and hearing; occasional bending, twisting, kneeling, and repetitive movements.
- Occasional driving; rare crawling and running.

- Registered Nurse (RN) – Illinois (IDFPR) or equivalent compact state
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) – American Heart Association
