Compensation: $16.25 - $24.38

As a PRN Sterile Processing Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting our surgical and procedural teams by ensuring equipment is safe, sterile, and ready when patients need it most.

What You'll Do- Clean, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Operate sterilization equipment while following established infection prevention standards.
- Monitor and document sterilization cycles to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Identify damaged or malfunctioning instruments and coordinate repairs or replacement.
- Maintain inventory levels and organize sterile supplies.
- Work collaboratively with Surgery, Endoscopy, and other clinical departments to meet patient care needs.
- Follow all hospital safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Previous Sterile Processing experience preferred but not required.
Certification
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification preferred or obtained within the timeframe required by department policy.
