The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Implementation & Continuous Quality Improvement Manager. • Serves as Statewide Wraparound Implementation and Continuous Quality Improvement Manager
• Oversees fidelity monitoring tools, such as Wraparound Fidelity Index (WFI), Team Observation Measure (TOM),and DCFS practice observations
• Designs and manages CQI processes that integrate fidelity, outcomes, and qualitative data
• Serves as the contract monitor for Wraparound providers
• Provides leadership, guidance, and coordination to strengthen authentic engagement of families, youth, livedexperts, and community partners
• Prepares summaries, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
