North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for an Operator - Assembly to join our team. The ideal candidate will assemble processed parts into finished lighting products, perform quality review, and handle parts (both prior to and after processing).

Your Priorities

• Assemble processed parts and place them on racks or in packaging.
• Perform quality review of parts and finished products during assembly, and separate out defective parts.
• Maintain a clean work area, swept and free of dust, and uphold good 6S practices within the department.
• Ensure the scrap basket is emptied regularly.
• Locate and bring processed parts to the workstation for assembly, as needed.
• Assist with machine part changes, as needed.

Your Background

High School Diploma or GED, plus 0 - 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
