• Remove tires from conveyor
• Program tires on computer screen and scan barcode
• Inspect tires and move them onto conveyor
• Stack tires onto pallets on an occasional basis

• High School Diploma or GED recommended. Applicants without a High School Diploma or GED must complete an In‑House Competency Test (non‑core jobs only) to be deemed eligible.
• 0‑1 year of manufacturing experience needed.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

• New hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
• The job is within a non‑climate‑controlled environment with temperature swings, forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
• The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery; comprehensive training is provided.

• The hourly rate is $21.37 per hour, plus a quarterly incentive program.
• Shift differentials: $0.20 per hour for overnight shifts, $0.15 per hour for evening shifts, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
• Pay rate is based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
