Mount Vernon Elevator is hiring!!! General Laborer Position (Full Time)

This position involves various duties around a grain elevator, including dumping grain, loading trucks, sweeping out grain bins, and mixing and loading fertilizer during the peak planting and application seasons.

Full‑time hourly position with benefits after a 60‑day probationary period.

This role supports spring and summer agronomy operations by assisting with seed and crop protection product handling, loading, delivery preparation, and general facility support.

Critical during peak planting and application seasons; requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and ability to work in a fast‑paced agriculture environment.

Full‑time position will be hourly with benefits after a 60‑day probationary period; part‑time could consist of a 40‑70‑hour work week from April to July, depending on weather and operational needs.
