• Assist personnel with changes and set adjustments as required.
• Monitor sorting system to direct the tire to correct conveyor.
• Responsible for ensuring correct entry and recording of labor time, machine times, and production quantities.
• Trim tires as needed.
• Perform heavy work, including frequent stooping, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 100 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis. Push and pull medium to heavy loads. Full range of motion in upper body, arms, hands, and wrists.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

• New hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
• Job is within a non‑climate‑controlled environment with temperature swings, forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
• It involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery. Comprehensive training is provided.

• Base hourly rate: $22.22 per hour.
• Eligible for a quarterly incentive program.
• Shift differential: $0.20 per hour for overnight shifts, $0.15 per hour for evening shifts, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
• Pay rate may be adjusted based on skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
