Join Our Team as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner!
- Location(s):
Mount Vernon, Harrisburg, West Frankfort, Rosiclare, and Flora, IL - Full-time position with a starting pay of $50/hour
- Work in a collaborative environment providing evidence-based care
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform diagnoses
- Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Work in person during day shifts with flexible hours (8-40 hrs/week)

- Requirements:
Certified Nurse Practitioner, preferred 2 years experience in Skilled Nursing facilities, strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius
