- Provide direct patient care by assisting with examinations, treatments, and health assessments

- Maintain comprehensive and organized medical documentation in accordance with legal standards and HIPAA regulations
- Educate patients on health conditions, medication instructions, and follow-up care plans
- Ensure all medical records are up-to-date, secure, and accessible for authorized personnel
- Support physicians and healthcare providers with clinical tasks to streamline daily operations
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards while handling sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA
- Proven experience in a nursing or medical assistant role within a clinical or office setting
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to support accurate patient assessments
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and medical documentation practices
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security at all times
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience administering medications or injections is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided for qualified candidates
