• Provide direct patient care by assisting with examinations, treatments, and health assessments
• Administer medications and injections following physician orders and safety protocols
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant medical information accurately
• Maintain comprehensive and organized medical documentation in accordance with legal standards and HIPAA regulations
• Educate patients on health conditions, medication instructions, and follow-up care plans
• Ensure all medical records are up-to-date, secure, and accessible for authorized personnel
• Support physicians and healthcare providers with clinical tasks to streamline daily operations
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards while handling sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA

• Proven experience in a nursing or medical assistant role within a clinical or office setting
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to support accurate patient assessments
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and medical documentation practices
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security at all times
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience administering medications or injections is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided for qualified candidates
