• Oncology experience.
• Radiation Oncology experience.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.

Coordinate the health care of select patient populations across the continuum of care. Responsible for patient coordination, education, and preparation for procedures/tests in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Facilitate patient care by assessing and evaluating patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Coordinate the delivery of safe and appropriate patient care governed by evidence‑based clinical practice.
• Monitor care and data to optimize patient outcomes.
• Facilitate education of patients and families. Act as a resource to the healthcare team.
• Ensure actions meet and support the overall goals of the business.

• Education
  :
  Nursing Diploma / Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Experience
  : 2‑5 years of nursing experience. Supervisor experience not required.
• Licenses & Certificates
  : RN license required.
