Are you a nursing student ready to take your classroom knowledge to the next level? The Student Nurse Academy (SNA) at Deaconess offers hands-on hospital experience designed to help you grow, learn, and prepare for a successful RN career.

Fall Session Dates:

August 4th - October 25th

As part of our SNA team, you'll work alongside experienced Registered Nurses in a supportive, precepted environment where you can build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and gain real-world patient care experience while still in nursing school.

Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in an accredited RN nursing program (AACN, CCNE, or ACEN)

* Completion of at least one semester of clinical rotations

* Active BLS certification

* Submission of unofficial transcript

Compensation:

* $16-$19/hour based on SNA level

* Evening/night and weekend shift incentives available

* Potential performance-based bonus opportunities
