Registered Nurse; RN IV Infusion Nurse

Axiom Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong IV infusion skills to serve as the corporate lead for our in-house IV therapy program. This role will collaborate closely with our skilled nursing facilities to establish, administer, oversee, and optimize IV therapy services, ensuring high-quality care, efficient, and compliant care delivery.

• Serve as the corporate subject matter expert on IV therapy and infusion practices.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and nursing teams to design, implement, and maintain in-house IV therapy programs.
• Provide hands‑on IV administration, support and training to facility nurses in IV insertion, maintenance, and infusion best practices.
• Monitor program compliance with federal, state, and facility-level policies and regulations.
• Assist in the selection, procurement, and standardization of IV‑related supplies and equipment.
• Evaluate facility performance in IV therapy delivery, providing coaching and corrective action plans where necessary.
• Travel to facilities as needed to support training, audits, and program rollout.

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven proficiency and confidence in IV insertion, maintenance, and infusion therapy.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years involving IV therapy in acute care, long‑term care, or similar settings.
• Strong leadership and training abilities; experience influencing teams across multiple sites preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to facilities as required.
