Registered Nurse (RN) Deaconess Illinois Crossroads Hospital | PT Nights Compensation: $31.25 - $46.88/hour

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while utilizing your clinical expertise, critical thinking, and judgment to support positive patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients across the continuum of care
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
• Coordinate and supervise patient care activities
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Hourly Range: $31.25 - $46.88

Potential eligibility for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of established metrics. Additional details regarding bonus opportunities will be discussed during the interview process or upon hire.

Eligible for evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
