Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 12‑hour shift (Night shift and/or Day shift)

In this role, you’ll guide day‑to‑day operations and team performance while providing hands‑on clinical care aligned with your training and expertise.

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, documenting and following up with risk and health assessments.
• Provide episodic care for non‑occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Execute program workflows, protocols, and procedures, including emergency response, referrals, return‑to‑work, and stay‑at‑work protocols.
• Offer preventative and restorative services, coaching, and workstation assessments to employees.
• Prepare ergonomic reports, injury intervention and surveillance reports, and FMLA/ADA documentation.

• Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree
• Required License or Certificate: Licensed/certified LPN or RN
• Required Experience: 2 years providing occupational health services or related experience

Salary Range: $26.12 – $35.92 per hour
