SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital – Mount Vernon is seeking an RN for Rehab to provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols. This is a regular, full-time night shift position with rotating schedule and weekends as needed.
As an SSM Health nurse, you will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and support discharge planning to ensure safe, age-appropriate care across the rehabilitation unit.
