Role:
Provides direct nursing care in complex assessment and intervention settings, following organizational policies and protocols.
Responsibilities- Gather comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and teams to identify outcomes and develop care plans.
- Implement strategies to promote safety, coordinate care, and evaluate progress.
- Contribute to nursing quality, maintain current knowledge, and communicate effectively.
- Apply evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
- Perform other assigned duties within scope of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year RN experience.
- Valid RN license in applicable state and relevant certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC.
Physical Requirements:
Effective communication, clinical judgment, alertness, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care activities.
