House Supervisor (RN) – Part-Time

Are you an experienced RN who thrives in a leadership role? Join the team at Crossroads Hospital as a Part-Time House Supervisor, where you'll help lead hospital operations, support nursing teams, and ensure exceptional patient care across the organization.

• Coordinate patient care and hospital operations across departments
• Support and guide nursing staff while collaborating with leadership
• Assist with staffing decisions and help ensure safe patient assignments
• Respond to emergencies, rapid responses, and critical situations
• Promote quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
• Round throughout the hospital to support staff, patients, and workflow
• Step into direct patient care when needed during critical staffing situations
• Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture that reflects our mission and values

• Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Three or more years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to confidently lead during fast-paced and changing situations
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)

• Competitive pay: $31.25–$46.88/hour
