Join a healthcare team as a registered nurse providing complex patient care in a fast-paced environment.

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and analyzing data to determine diagnoses.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Promoting patient safety, evaluating care outcomes, and adjusting interventions accordingly.
• Delivering evidence-based nursing practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
• Ensuring effective communication and maintaining current knowledge and skills.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Certifications such as BLS and ACLS (or equivalent), with additional certifications like PALS, ENPC, or TNCC preferred based on location.

• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and data entry.
• Alertness and adherence to safety protocols.

• Work primarily during night shifts.
