QA Mixing Lab Technician
The QA Mixing Lab Technician will:
Manage and assist floor testing of finish rubber. Perform reinforcements testing and ancillary task. Perform water chemistry testing and associated task. Collect level check testing samples. Perform other task as directed by the lab supervisor.
- Manage and assist floor testing of finish rubber. Observe all floor testing remotely to ensure procedures are followed. Perform necessary testing for nonconforming batches. Complete all relevant documents and forms.
- Perform all required testing on calendered wire and fabric. Complete all relevant documents and forms.
- Collect water samples from Extruding for water chemistry testing.
- Collect level check samples and coordinate with mixing supervision on missing samples. Maintain Open Level Check file.
- Coordinate with mixing supervision on the collection of additional samples as required (no cure testing, hardness testing, etc.)
- Perform other duties as directed by the QA Lab Supervisor, Chief Inspector, or QA Manager.
- Ensure all ESH procedures, policies and legal requirements are implemented and monitored

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.
- No relocation assistance is offered for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Associate's degree
Environment:

- New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.
- The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.
- The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

The starting annual salary for this role is $55,683 a year.
