Capstone Restaurant Group - Up to $80000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction;
Evaluates each restaurants QSC standards and provides regular feedback and coaching; conducts periodic inspections;
Communicates customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manager and follows up to ensure timely resolution;
Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve the performance of all Team Members;
Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs and ensures Team Members are prepared for promotion
