Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Hours:

Up to 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends or evenings. Work in Mount Vernon, IL and surrounding area.

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling and coordination of visits.
• Potential for additional hours covering larger regions or traveling.
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

• General merchandising projects paid at $18.00 per hour.
• Additional technical projects available at higher rates based on need.
• W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.

• Accrue PTO hours weekly.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience desirable.
• Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech‑ready with internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Must have a driver’s license, personal vehicle, and be able to use it for job duties.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
