You will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operation of a single store. This encompasses hiring, managing, and guiding associates to reach financial targets while ensuring a superior guest experience. Your leadership is key to the store’s success! • High school diploma required
• Willingness to work at stores within a 50-mile radius
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Must have Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)

You will be working in a fast‑paced environment with elevated noise levels and high temperatures from food preparation. You should be prepared for a physically active role, including standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 lbs.

Pay Range: $22 per hour - $25 per hour, with various factors influencing individual pay.
