What You'll Do

• Assist patients with selecting frames and lenses based on style, fit, and needs
• Take accurate lens measurements (PD, segment height)
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and frame materials
• Adjust, fit, and repair eyewear as needed
• Process orders and verify prescription accuracy
• Maintain inventory and keep displays clean and organized
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting daily clinic flow

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales mindset with a patient-first approach
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn optical terminology and processes
• Previous retail, healthcare, or optical experience preferred
• Ability to work a consistent schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
