Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, and/or following visitor management protocols at an automotive manufacturing or distribution location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed;
Monitor gates, entrances, badge activity, and delivery traffic to help support authorized access, report irregularities, and/or follow post orders related to restricted areas;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and/or potential security-related concerns;
Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with supervisors, employees, visitors, and/or contractors regarding post procedures and site expectations
