, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a leading automotive manufacturing location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by managing badge access, monitoring entry points, and communicating professionally with employees and visitors. You will support security-related operations through attentive observation, clear reporting, and exceptional customer service.

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Control access for delivery vehicles, commercial drivers, and contractors entering designated areas, directing them to appropriate check-in locations as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, the business, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
