A local educational institution in Mount Vernon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs and maintenance of all buildings. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma and have 2-5 years of commercial maintenance experience, including skills in carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC. This position requires ability to work independently, follow safety regulations, and maintain good relationships with staff and pupils.

The work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with overtime as needed.
