Pay & Benefits Overview

• Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week ($46,984.82 – $ per year)
• Hiring Bonus: $5,000 bonus for current drivers (up to four quarterly payouts of $1,250 each)
• Transition Package: $1,800 (including $1,000 toward orientation)
• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset; 34‑hour reset provided by Division 290
• Location: Kansas City, MO (Division 290)
• Per‑Mile Rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional OTR routes.
• Maintain accurate electronic trip logs and adhere to all state and federal safety regulations.
• Inspect vehicle and cargo upon arrival and departure to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist in loading and unloading when required, including handling tarps and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 4 months of flatbed driving experience.
• Clean driving record and no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check, drug test and clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice.
• Preferred: 1 year truck‑driving experience (optional).
