Part-time Administrative Assistant / Customer Service

Unitex is currently seeking a PART-TIME Administrative Assistant for a production facility in Mount Vernon, NY.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Compensation:
The salary for this position is $25 per hour. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

• Customer service – heavy phones
• Data entry
• Greeting visitors and walk-in applicants
• Filing customer visitation logs
• Participation in route settlement
• Daily distribution of reports
• Vacation coverage for route settlement
• All other tasks as deemed operationally necessary

Preferred Experience and Skills necessary to perform this job:

• Proper phone etiquette
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Time management
• MS Excel/Word knowledge & experience
• Associate's degree preferred
• Two years or more of related experience
