The role
You run the steel.
- Lead field operations for structural steel erection
- Manage crews and subcontractors
- Enforce safety, quality, and schedule
- Solve problems before they become change orders
This is a field leadership role with real authority.
What they want
- 15+ plus years in structural steel erection
- Superintendent or senior field leadership experience
- Strong drawing knowledge and steel means and methods
- Ability to lead crews and keep production moving
- OSHA knowledge and real jobsite discipline
