As Head of Supply Chain North America, you will be responsible for leading and optimising the end-to-end supply chain performance across the North America region. You will ensure alignment between demand, production capacity, inventory levels, and distribution activities while driving the regional S&OP process and supporting business objectives through effective planning and execution. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Global Supply Chain stakeholders, you will play a key role in creating a stable, predictable, and efficient supply chain organisation that delivers high service levels and supports profitable growth.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain leader who thrives in a complex international environment. You combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and countries. You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, driving performance while building strong relationships across the organisation.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of Supply Chain experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes. Proven experience in multinational, multi-site manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of supply chain performance management and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience working within matrix organisations and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems. Proven experience leading teams across multiple locations. Fluent English is mandatory. Spanish or Portuguese would be considered an advantage.
