EMPRO Staffing is a trusted provider of healthcare professionals nationwide, and we are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for an excellent opportunity at Westchester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Mount Vernon, NY.
Position:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location:
Westchester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing – Mount Vernon, NY Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Available
Shifts:
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Full-time and part-time positions available Every other weekend is required – please apply only if you can commit.
Requirements:
- Active CNA license
- New graduates and experienced CNAs are welcome

Schedule:
Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
- Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
- Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.
