Chinese/English Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner Description

We are seeking a Chinese/English Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting. The role involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services. Candidates must be fluent in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with and serve a diverse patient population.

This position is based across multiple outpatient clinical facilities throughout New York, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Flushing, and Staten Island. The clinical environment emphasizes team-based care, patient education, preventive services, and continuity of care within community-based outpatient settings.

$160,000 - $200,000 annually

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient conditions in accordance with clinical standards.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide patient education and preventive healthcare guidance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations.
• Conduct patient assessments, prescribe treatments as permitted, and collaborate with supervising physicians.
• Support continuity of care in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (as applicable).
• Board Certification/Eligibility preferred.
• Strong outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English required.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under physician supervision when required.
• Work authorization status must be verified.
