** What You'll Do*
* As a Retail Security Officer, you will play an important role in helping maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment for customers and staff by:

+ Maintaining a visible security presence throughout your assigned area

+ Monitoring customer and employee activity to help prevent theft and policy violations

+ Observing and reporting suspicious behavior or security concerns

+ Providing exceptional customer service and assisting visitors when needed

+ Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies

+ Completing accurate activity and incident reports

+ Supporting store management by enforcing site policies and procedures

+ Helping create a safe and positive environment for customers and employees

** Qualifications*
* + Valid NYS Security Guard License preferred

+ Previous security, retail, customer service, or related experience preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Professional appearance and demeanor

+ Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift

+ Ability to stand for extended periods

+ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

+ Strong observation and reporting skills
