Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant
Full-time (35-40 hrs/week). Hours can be tailored to the candidate.
No financial industry experience required. Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds—including retail, education, and customer service—and we value transferable skills. We warmly welcome candidates returning to the workforce after time away.
What You’ll Do- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule appointments
- Greet and assist clients
- Prepare for client meetings
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Personable, punctual, organized, and reliable
- Comfortable learning and using new technology
- Strong typing skills
- A desire to make a meaningful impact on both our office and our clients’ lives
