This onsite role puts you at the front line, greeting clients, answering phones, and directing inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will manage appointment schedules, assist with data entry and paperwork, collaborate with staff, and help maintain a welcoming, organized reception area Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm.
