Why This Opportunity Stands Out
- Exceptional APP Coverage: With 22 NP/PA coverage hours every day, physicians work within a strongly supported community ED model.
- Consistent 12-Hour Structure: Straightforward 7A–7P and 7P–7A physician shifts provide clearly defined coverage windows.
- Manageable Community ED Volume: Approximately 25K annual visits across 17 ED beds creates a meaningful Emergency Medicine practice without major metropolitan ED volume.
- Multiple Training Pathways: The opportunity considers appropriately qualified EM, FM and IM physicians, rather than restricting coverage exclusively to residency-trained Emergency Medicine physicians.
