• Valid Ohio teaching license
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Ability to support and guide students across multiple content areas using a provided online curriculum
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with students, families, and staff
• Experience using educational technology, learning management systems, and digital instructional tools
• Ability to provide individualized academic support, motivation, and intervention to students with varying learning needs
• Commitment to fostering student engagement, accountability, and academic success in a blended or digital learning environment
• Must pass a general background check (BCI/FBI)

• Previous experience in online, blended, or personalized learning environments
• Experience working with middle school students in an intervention, tutoring, advisory, or alternative education setting
• Knowledge of strategies for supporting student executive functioning, organization, and self-directed learning
